JOEL KRAMER (Director of Victory Athletic Ministries)

For over two decades, Joel Kramer has been a full-time minister to college students and student athletes at Penn State. Over that time, he's led over 8,500 Bible studies with individuals and small groups, spoken regularly at athletic team chapel services and events, and mentored hundreds of college students in growing their relationships with Christ. He and his wife, Robin, are raising three daughters.

Dan Beisel – Dan accepted Christ at the age of 16 and has been active in supporting ministries since then, serving as a church trustee, youth leader, and committee member for church building projects. Dan and his wife own three successful small businesses in Central Pennsylvania.

Statement of Faith
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is inspired, authoritative, and applicable to our daily lives. God is Triune: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is our Creator, Almighty, all-knowing, all-loving, and all-present, yet he gives us the ability to choose Him. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, and that he became man, lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, and was resurrected. We believe that our sin has separated each of us from God, and in order to receive forgiveness and reconciliation, we must repent, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives. We believe that the Holy Spirit is one with the Father and the Son, convicts the world concerning sin, regenerates and sanctifies believers, and energizes and empowers them to live victoriously.

At Victory Athletic Ministries, our mission is to inspire and empower college students and athletes to grow in their faith and live out their God-given purpose, guided by Joel Kramer's decades of mentorship and spiritual leadership.
